Have you ever thought of creating your own short film, music video, product marketing video, final year project or personal experimental film? Here’s your chance at creating your own DIY video with only using a handphone and a laptop. Learn how to produce a film storyboard. DIY or DIE!
2.00 – 3.00pm: Can You See What’s Going On? – Learn how to build a storyboard and execute your plan
3.00 – 4.00pm: Break into groups and shoot a 30 secs mini film storyboard by using photos
4.00 – 5.00pm: Edit Your Photos and put them into a Storyboard (Print out and rearrange)
5.00 – 6.00pm: Showtime! (Showcase of Storyboards by all the teams)
ABOUT THE SPEAKER This Workshop will be facilitated by Yee Teng Lim, a serial entrepreneur and film producer. She runs Teng Teng Studios, a creative agency focusing on photography, videography, concept art and design related workshops. She will be sharing her experience in creating a strong and effective storyboard as a crucial element in producing a film!

Calling all Hardware Hackers and Makers! It’s time to meetup and talk about IoT. We’re looking to turn The Launchpad into an IoT hub, with plans for an IoT startup accelerator, IoT lab, 3D printing and other relevant facilities. We’re also looking into setting up LoRa gateways and other IoT related tech. Lets meet and discuss how we can kickoff more IoT / Smart City initiatives in Cyberjaya, with the help of our partners Setia Haruman and MDEC.

As expected, Activate Cyberjaya #01, our first casual networking event for entrepreneurs in Cyberjaya was a big hit. We hosted about 80 people including our friends from MDEC, Setia Haruman and TM. Participants got to network with each other before Mr. Hizam Kadir – VP of MDEC shared some insights on MDEC’s plans for entrepreneurs in 2017. Even Dato Yasmin – CEO of MDEC dropped by for a chat.
